All journalists need to pre-register to receive press accreditation, even if it’s just 24 hours before an event. Please email us with your name, email address, mobile telephone number, publication and position and we will prepare a press pass for you. A press pass allows entry to the main Spirit of Skye Festival venue but does not permit entry into any events, they are arranged separately.
How do I get tickets to events?
Once you receive your accreditation confirmation, you will be sent a ticket request form – please complete this and return to us and we will organise your ticket requests.

How do I get photographs of events?
We have a library of high resolution Festival images – please contact us for details. We welcome freelance photographers but a press pass needs to be arranged in advance. Photocalls for specific events will be arranged daily, and an email invitation will be sent out to all registered photographers 24 hours in advance. If you wish to be added to this email list, please email us with your contact details.
How do I arrange interviews with Chef’s, Masterclass leaders, Exhibitors, Musicians and participants?
Contact the Press Office with all requests to interview Chef’s, Masterclass leaders, Exhibitors, Musicians, participants and staff at the 2017 Spirit of Skye Festival.
Can I film or record events?
This may be possible for some events, with the permission of the participants. Please contact us and we will do everything we can to facilitate your request.
